Ivan Perrin

Ivan attended LSU, earning his degree in Accounting.  Ivan is vice-president for First Choice Properties & Management, Inc.

Ivan currently lives in Glenwood Springs, Colorado with his wife, Ann and their two children, Morley Ann born on April 14, 1997 and Jackson Rockett, born March 25, 2001.

Ivan was a professional fly fishing and hunting guide and outfitter for six years.  He still guides on occasion but keeps most of those activities to himself.    He lists his greatest accomplishment as the restoration of a Victorian homestead house that was built in1919.  He and his family currently reside there and says it's "Awesome!"

Ivan enjoys skiing, hunting, fishing and snowmobiling.

His fondest High School memory was winning the State Championship in Baseball.
