Erin Rice

After graduating, Erin attended LSU, earning her BA in Journalism.  She is currently an Account Service Manager, C&I Accounts for Entergy Corporation.

Erin lives in Beaumont Texas.

Erin says she's been with her company for 12 years, moved to Beaumont, Texas in 1996 to accept a promotion to a job she has always wanted.  She is currently engaged to her wonderful fiancé, Dan Soto, and she's busy planning her wedding which will be February 14, 2004.  She is also looking forward to being a step-mom to his children, Daneka 12, and Keagan 10.  She is already very involved in their school and ext4ra curricular activities and has enjoyed the transition from single girl to "soccer mom".  They are also busy building their new home, scheduled for completion in January 2004.

Erin says they love to travel, especially to the beach, attending concerts and sporting events and boating, especially skiing and knee boarding.

Erin's fondest memories are of her three good friends, Enid, Mary and Sandy and all of the wonderful, good times they shared in high school and into college at LSU.  She also remembers their big pack of friends and all of the parties, road trips, festivals , etc especially senior trip.  "There are just too many to list", Erin says.
